Windows on Washington is a locally owned and operated company focused on improving the energy efficiency and appearance of our clients' homes. Our company was founded on a simple philosophy: be upfront and honest. Many home improvement companies force homeowners to sit through three hour sales presentations and then close with high-pressure tactics to make the sale. We created a better way to do business. 1) really appreciate the up front, no pressure discussions with my point of contact (Brandon), and 2) top notch products and installation
My travel plans made it impossible to schedule the installation of my new windows immediately after they were delivered from the factory. WoW rescheduled the installation to fit my plans, and installed the windows at a later date in the middle of February.
Integrity - they did what they said for what was agreed, when they said it would be done. Work was fast but well done.
Top notch company with high quality employees and ownership. I would recommend them in a minute!
I thought the crew was very friendly and professional and got everything done on time. They cleaned everything up well before they left.
Going into this, I had no idea what I was looking for or how to evaluate things. Zach was very helpful in explaining the technology in the windows and helping to compare options.
They did an outstanding job. I called their main office to brag on the installer. He spent a little bit of his time fixing our back door, as well. He's very nice and I appreciate it.
I was most satisfied that there wasn't any pressure by Windows on Washington during the sales process.
I was most satisfied that Windows on Washington follows up with what they say. Pretty much everyone knows how it all works, so it is all very efficient.
Thanks for a great job. Highly recommended.
Great product and great install team. We had old aluminum windows that were a little difficult to remove. But the new windows went in perfectly, they look great, and the overall look of our home has dramatically improved!
I was most satisfied with the professionalism and communication.
Communication on project status...from beginning to ending. All staff were professional and courteous and followed through.
The head contractor was very courteous. He explained how to use the windows.
The salesman was willing to work with me to break up our window project so that it was more affordable for us; the costs were fair for great windows; the windows appear to be well-installed. They also communicated with me along the way about when the windows would come in, any delays and why, and getting our install scheduled. The guys arrived on time and even brought in more people to complete the job in one day. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and helpful. Great experience!
Outcome looks great!
I was most satisfied with the timelines and installation. I feel like it was very top notch and looks great!
Great communication of "next steps" every step of the way so there were no surprises. Also, the quality of the installation is great. No drafts, no squeaks, closes every time on it's own.
I was most satisfied with the actual installation. The guys who did the work did a good job.
Extremely professional staff; excellent communication at each step in the process. Fair price for a quality product. Clearly one of the best home improvement companies we've found.
