The finished product, we love our new windows and doors. The installation crew were courteous and professional. Greg, our salesman was not pushy like many of the other salespeople were. Both Greg Schwartz and Young Kim listened to what we wanted, and didn't want and they delivered. The office staff (especially Julia) were always there to help whenever we had a question and although there were a couple hick-ups with the door trim and an incorrect window, they made everything right for us.
WOW delivers on great products, installation and a professional staff. A local company that hasn't gotten so big that they forget about customer service, which is so rare to find these days. Kudos!
