I was satisfied with everything. They were on time. From the moment that the representative came in and showed us how everything would work the whole experience was pleasant, especially when compared to past experiences that I've had with contractors.
Windows on Washington installed everything as directed. When they finished they gave me a nice quick personal tutorial on how to use the new windows.
We are grateful for the great effort from everyone. Our house of course looks better, more efficient and a big issue that is very difficult to estimate is sound mitigation of a busy road, our house isn't sound proof, but I was able to notice a significant reduction in traffic notice which is a huge plus.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and interpersonal skills of the Lead Technician. He provided clear and complete answers to my questions. He ensured his work staff treated my home with care. The lead installer took time to ensure every last component of all the windows and their insulation was installed perfectly. They crew cleaned up their work sites completely - there wasn't a bit of work dust left to vacuum. This crew actually managed to perform better than the last WoW crew who installed our doors a couple of years ago.
On a website were homeowners and people in the business commented about different products. That was the first time I heard of Okna and several contractors mentioned Windows on Washington as a good installer.

Could not be more satisfied with the new windows and door. The quality is superb and the installers were professional, clean and quick. The installers went out of their way to explain the process and made sure I understood how the windows and door functioned. They also assured me that if I were ever to have a problem they would come right out to take care of it. Looking forward to a warmer basement next winter.
