My house got a complete re-side (fascia, soffit, and siding) and two coats of paint. Both crews did good work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors! They kept me informed of progress and schedules and quickly corrected anything I asked about.
It was Superior Pro Painting and Exteriors courtesy, professionalism, punctuality and willingness to answer questions appropriately and professionally that was most satisfying. And, of course the overriding factor to me was the fair pricing of the project.
Our SuperiorPro experience: After considering the offers of several potential contractors, we selected SuperiorPro Painting and Exteriors for replacement of the old siding on our house. The store sales representative came to our house only a day, or so, after we requested a price quote. â€œChuckâ€ was very professional in his presentation about our siding options. He recommended that Hardie Board fiber cement siding be installed. Because I had already researched the different types of siding, I could not have agreed more! Therefore based on the sales presentation, my prior research, and the reasonable price quoted by SuperiorPro, we decided to have them perform the replacement of our old siding. We were pleasantly surprised with the short time we had to wait before the work began. It was only about 5 days after we selected SuperiorPro to do the job. On the first day, SuperiorPro workmen arrived exactly on schedule, and quickly set up their tools and equipment. Shortly thereafter, SuperiorProâ€™s project manager arrived and reviewed the work to be done; to ensure there was no misunderstanding about the portions of our house that would have different siding designs (lap vs. shake), or the painting colors we had selected, with the help of SuperiorProâ€™s professional designer, at no extra charge. He came each day during the project, not just dropped in occasionally, or came only if there was a problem, which were very rare. The work crew worked quickly, proficiently, and quietly so that we hardly knew that they were working outside. The job was scheduled to take ten days; and it was completed in exactly the ten days promised. After completion, a post-project inspection was performed, at the urging of SuperiorPro, to ensure all of the work was complete, and to our satisfaction. Very few findings were made and the SuperiorPro personnel corrected those almost instantly. Bottom line â€“ We have had other contractors for other home improvement projects on our house; but SuperiorPro was the first one ever to deliver exactly what they promised without any hassles! I recommend them to anyone who wants, or needs, siding replacement. You wonâ€™t be sorry!
