I have and will recommend this company and their services. I love my windows!
The salesman lied about the window sizes. He lied about the color of the windows. The installer broke a screen when they installed and no one has came out to fix it. Even after Jeff the vice president came out to the house. It is still broke. The communication is horrible. I am told they can fix mistakes but no one ever follows through.
The company is very professional as well as friendly. Their sales people believe in their work and really look to help homeowners improve there homes. They are medium price all around but the financing option is very affordable.
Strongly recommend!
It would depend on the amount of money they would want to pay.
They were prompt and efficient
Was a good experience
Everyone was friendly, professional, and personalble and I was very happy with the work performed.
Evey one was great . Nice friendly I enjoyed talking with everyone. The installers were very polite quick answered all my questions. Thanks
Power did an outstanding job. From the consultant, thru the Pre installation inspection, installation crew and the post installation inspection it was a perfect experience. Financing was easy and smoothly executed. Order placement, scheduling and completion was seamless, timely and professionally performed.
Excellent sales, communication, and installation. Everyone was professional, thorough, and patient with our questions.
I was very satisfied. Starting with the salesman, Josh, he was excellent. He was here for 3–4 hours, explaining everything to me. Once I finally understood it all, he called whoever he was supposed to call and did the best he could for me on pricing. I was very satisfied. Power Home Remodeling came, did a good job, did not mess around, and got everything done in ample time. The workers were very polite, well mannered, and knew what they were talking about. It was a good service all around.
The window team was excellent. The roofing team and gutter team were not good; they caused headaches and problems.
The first two projects went well. With the last project, I was very confused.
Power Home Remodeling was professional and on time.
Excellent workmanship, great communication, dependable and a great product.
The initial scheduler that came to our door was great (Trevor was a delight to talk to). Andy, who came to talk to us about the company and their works was excellent as well; we opted to schedule to get our gutters and doors fixed through them. Cool! Great.
Something to note, I rent from my mother, and the work was being done on the place I reside in presently.
Roll onto the first install date. We have a crew of four men, most of which cannot speak fluent English (as far as I could tell; given that the main guy I was speaking to refused to speak to my mother on the phone because he was still learning, I think it speaks for itself), and presumably the best of them at English started getting short with me because I couldn't understand what he was asking me. Couple that with the constant ringing of my doorbell (it was 8AM, one of my housemates was still sleeping, and I would have typically been asleep as well since I work overnight), I was annoyed and stressed to the highest degree.
This had put a poor taste in mine and my mother's mouths about this company, and I was starting to reconsider the door project.
However, thankfully, the door project went miles easier. The pair of gentlemen that stopped by asked to see where the doors that needed replacing were, re-measured to ensure all the numbers were correct, and then went to work. The only mishap from them was the dismantling of our doorbell (unsure why this was done) and our storm doors being removed AND left behind-- I had been told they'd be removed and disposed of, which we were fine with. Otherwise, fantastic work from them. :) (The doorbell isn't a large issue, since we were planning to discontinue the service rendered from it anyways, but it feels worth noting.)
Overall, Power Home Remodeling was... Alright to work with. I'm not over the moon about the personnel, but the work was well-done, and we're at least very happy with the products and end results. I'd hesitantly recommend them with some mild caution. This was the third time they'd stopped by to speak with us, but the first time we've contracted anything from them-- I can say that the products do seem to hold up to what they show and tell you about. Hopefully this review is of some assistance to anyone doing investigations about more recent work.
(Referring to the original review text: Photos of doorframe were taken, but I am not posting them. I spoke with my mother about the doorframe, and it was left that way due to the eventual removal of the wood-- Therefore, not necessarily a slight against PHR, but against my parent. Thanks mom! /s)
Yes I would certainly commend my family and friends.
Everyone from the home show reps, the salesman that came to the house, the installers and quality assurance person were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't plan on getting windows even though mine were 45 years old. The salesman took pictures of the outside showing where water could infiltrate. He also brought a window sample and did a demonstration to show how much heat escapes depending on what level window I would buy. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me but never put any pressure on me to buy that day.
We love our new door. The installation crew was professional, prompt, and left the job site very clean. We are highly satisfied with POWER and their customer service.
They were courteous and very professional.
Excellent job
They are fantastic people to work with.
The contractors are very proficient and professional. The work was completed without any complications. The contractors were punctual and stuck to thier schedule. Power Home stoods by their commitments.
I would personally recommend this company to one of my friends.
