This was my second time working with Bill and the Riggs team. I have an 80+ year old home and found that many companies are not experts with homes of this age. Bill is pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable of older homes. He and Todd made remodeling my bathroom an easy experience. I would definately consider myself a "lifetime customer!"
We are very pleased with our new kitchen. It came together in a timely fashion and are waiting to complete some minor fishing touches. The staff at Riggs was a pleasure to work with and we felt our questions and concerns were dealt with in aver provessional manner. We would be willing to do another project with them in the future.
They were great. They had seven to fifteen people at a time working here in my house. They did something in four months that other companies would have taken a year to do. They were great, they answered my questions, and if they didn't know the answer, they went and got the answer for me. Everyone who worked here was professional, courteous, and, well, it was quite amazing.
They do unbelievable work and all go the extra mile.
