Since 2004, Regent Homes has not only been building homes but also creating a developmental niche for itself as a unique company with a visionary stance. Regent doesn't just build homes. It builds beautiful and walkable communities that are traditional neighborhood developments (TND). Regent's TND neighborhoods are patterned after Tennessee's traditional small towns. They're designed with pedestrians in mind. Tree-lined streets and a network of wide sidewalks create a strong pedestrians connection between residential areas, neighborhood retail/office areas, and the neighborhood greens. Streetscapes and architecture are design in a historical flavor. Deep front porches, high ceilings, tall windows, and classic architecture detailing reflect and era gone by. Lenox Village was Nashville's first traditional neighborhood development of it's kind, as well as Regent Homes first TND community. Creation of such traditional neighborhood development was the result of the collective efforts of David McGowan, President of Regent Homes; Rick Blackburn, Vice-President of Regent Homes; and city planners and engineers. This kind of successful collaboration is indicative of the team approach that the company itself uses to produce such impressive homes and communities that pleases customers.
