We are loving our home and he is wonderful person.

Pretty much pleased with the whole process. Mark was totally awesome and the people in the office and model home were very professional and did a great job. They have stayed in contact with us to see that everything has gone well.

I think they completed our punchlist in one day, so definitely a 4!
