Ivey Residential

Ivey Residential, LLC is a collaboration between Jake, Mark and Matt Ivey. Jake has been building homes in the Augusta, Georgia area for 22 years. Over that time he has built close to a thousand homes and he prides himself on the amount of repeat business he receives and the referrals that continue to flow his way from satisfied homeowners. Jake has a civil engineering degree from Georgia Tech, and prior to starting in the home building industry was the Columbia County engineer. In 2003, his company, J.W. Ivey & Associates was named the Columbia County small business of the year by the Chamber of Commerce. He has been honored with builder of the year awards several times, must recently in 2002, and is a two time past president of the Metro Augusta Homebuilders Association. Jake builds each home with a foundation of professional pride and unparalleled quality.

Prior to starting Ivey Residential, Matt was Vice President for Prudential Real Estate Investors. Matt's duties included investing European capital in residential and office developments across the country. In Matt's nine years with Prudential, he was involved in the acquisition and development of over $1 billion of real estate. Matt has a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and a Master's in Real Estate from Georgia State University.

Prior to joining Ivey Residential, Mark served as Vice President and branch manager of G. Ben Turnipseed Engineers. He has extensive experience with water, sewerage, roadway, and drainage improvement projects. He was responsible for assisting clients with funding applications, engineering design and construction management for public infrastructure and community development type projects. Mark has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a registered engineer in the state of Georgia and South Carolina.

Together Jake, Mark and Matt have a philosophy of building homes and communities that allow people to live their life, not homes that consume their life. This philosophy can be seen in every aspect of our company and our homes.
