Gradison Construction is great - I would recommend them to everyone that values professionalism and quality. I've just sent them a list of 90 day walk through items - and am sure that they'll promptly respond to them as they have responded to everything else in the past. It's been my experience that Gradison is a company an owner can trust.
Overall a very good experience than many others have had with a remodel. The on-site management of the project was excellent and communication was consistently good. The only issues were with the process to select materials, where communication was not up to the standards we expected. Neverthless, the project result was super, the timing acceptable, and the cost reasonable. David J. Tudor

I was not looking forward to the whole construction process but was pleasantly surprised at the way the whole project was managed. Matt was great at communicating things to me and everyone was more than helpful with questions and decisions I needed to make. And the outcome more than speaks for itself.
