This is the second major project that I used them on (both commercial projects). I highly recommend them and they did a great job the 1st time and an even better job the 2nd time. I was very pleased with their management staff and all of their employees.
What pleased me most was the marvellously effective lines of communication. It never mattered whether I spoke with Mike, James, Jeff, Denise, or John: my questions, comments and suggestions always were passed on and promptly responded to. I've had doctors, lawyers and college professors who were less able, or willing, to communicate as effectively. I remain especially grateful that when problems arose and dilemmas were presented, it was made clear to me promptly, and in a manner that I felt welcome to offer my own thoughts and suggestions. Prior to the rehab of our home we had no experience with DeCiantis.
