They came on time. They called with any questions. The building is very well crafted. It was a very tight space to work in and they did a great job. My neighbors all commented on how polite and friendly the crew was and how careful and considerate they were. They worked through the worst of the winter. Whenever a subcontractor was here, a representative of Crossroads was also here. They finished ahead of schedule and on budget. I can't say enough about them. I hope to have more work done by them in the future.

Crossroads Contracting did an excellent job overall. Their communication is significantly better than any other contractors I have used in the past. They really want to please their customers. When some things were not quite right, they made the effort to make them right, no questions asked.They were very respectful of my home and my time. If they were going to arrive late one day, they let me know in advance.

My overall experience was very good. I would hire them again and I would recommend them to others.Thanks!
