Founded in 2004, the company builds in the Charleston area with a focus on traditional neighborhood design and classic Low Country architecture. With our hands-on approach and smaller volume, company founders Steve Gonda and Keith Harris use their extensive construction and real estate backgrounds to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer.

Steve Gonda is responsible for Field Operations and Customer Service. Prior to the formation of Atlanticville Homes, LLC, he served as the regional construction manager for a large South Carolina-based residential builder. Steve is a graduate of Montgomery College with a degree in Construction Management. In addition to his residential experience, Steve has nine years of commercial construction experience.

Keith Harris oversees the Business Financial Operations and Construction Systems and Management of Atlanticville Homes, LLC. Keith gained residential construction experience as a field superintendent and area manager overseeing several neighborhoods after seven years of experience in commercial real estate finance and development. He is a graduate of Wofford College with a degree in Finance.
