A Tradition of Excellence

Founded in 1985 by Wayne Harbin, our family owned company builds homes across the Peninsula in a variety of price ranges and communities. Our solid reputation and the number of awards we have won for building quality has increased with each new home we build. As the sole Southern Living® Custom Builder Program member on the Peninsula, we have grown in our ability to produce classic Southern designs and contemporary living arrangements. We continue to build homes in Williamsburg in the Wellington subdivision and as well as in the Monticello Woods neighborhood where custom homes and wooded lots are available. The Settlement at Powhatan Creek, a 55+ community, is a low maintenance living homes where homeowners can lock the door and hit the road to travel, visit grandchildren, or work out of town. We build in The Oaks at Fenton Mill in upper York County and have spot lots available in lower York County. In Gloucester, we have lots available in Robinson's Springs and Ashe Farms.
