Paragon Homes was formed in 1998 by Harvey Tucker. Mr. Tucker is a lifelong native of the Tampa Bay area. Since 1984, he has built over 1,500 homes in Brandon and the surrounding areas. Paragon's success is founded upon knowing the market, defining the needs of a select group of homebuyers, and fulfilling those needs.

The team at Paragon Homes is a group of local homebuilding experts with over 60 years of combined experience. Our roots run deep in our community; consequently, we are committed to honesty, quality workmanship and personalized customer service. We have an abiding commitment to the future of Brandon and its residents.

Every Paragon home is built with pride and integrity. Our "Building Excellence" promise creates homes with lasting value. The single-family homes we build range in size from 2,000 sq. ft. to over 4,000 sq. ft. None of our communities have a CDD (Community Development District) tax. All homes built by Paragon Homes come with a new home warranty through Bonded Builders Warranty Group.
