At the beginning of the process we talked about the product and installation. They did everything they promised to do to the letter.
Everything was exceptional. If I had to do everything again I would. I absolutely love my bath and I look forward to getting into it every night.
If anybody asks me about it, I would recommend them to NewBath/MaxHome. I told a few people about what we had done and how they did it in one day with no mess. If anyone is interested, they said they would let me know. We have a lot of friends that go to Walmart, and I think their display there is fantastic. That's where we found out about NewBath/MaxHome.
I would like to recognize the installer Johnny. He was very good. The electrician was good too. Everything was very professionally done. I was very impressed.

All areas ! I have a special needs younger brother who I am the care giver to, and he resides with me. When Chris Knapp followed up with me after Josh's intial visit, Chris understood my concerns and was wonderful to stop by and look at he shower and make additonal recommendations based on the needs. Chris understood my concerns after I had mentioned to him where the initial leaks occurred. Chris was very throrough explaining the process and recommending correcting the leak and drain issue. After all, spending this amount of money this repair and process takes is a huge concern form most people. Chris also recommended a wonderful glass company for the sliding shower doors. Jeff and John were the installers and they were AMAZING! They were professional, prompt, courteous and they finished a very hard job in one day which really should have taken two days. Jeff was very professional and took the extra time to have the office send a photo of lighter color virgin acrylic stone pattern, when he could tell I was a bit stressed upon seeing the full sheets of the travertine virgin acrylic stone pattrn tile I ordered. The concern arose when I saw the full sheets of the travertine stone pattern, this looked much darker than the sample at time of my order. When Jeff had the lighter color stone pattern of the virgin acrylic emailed to his phone, it was clear that I had ordered the right color and was just surprised by the full sheets! Just the fact that he had the office send the photo over so I could put my mind at ease, speaks volumes for him as a professional and for New Bath/MaxHome as a company who values their customers and hires great people! As I stated before spending the amoutn money for this product is not something I took lightly; however due to the people I have had the oppourtunity to work with, this definitley makes me know I have spent my money wisely for a good product. Jeff, John, Chris and Josh were wonderful to work with and I want to make sure they know how grateful I am and how nice the shower turned out. I have received many compliments on the finished product.
