We need to install a new ceiling fan that exhausts outside - who do we hire to do that work?

The addition of a ceiling fan will not actually reduce the temperature, however the increased air flow will make you feel more comfortable.
I have two outside outlets (one on the back and one in the front). I noticed that the one in the front is flashing red. Why is that?

If it's solid red it might be indicating a tripped GFCI, if it's flashing it might be defective. When I say might it's because not all GFCI-s have the same type of light or color. Some are lit when o ... read more
