My experience was very well. Larmco cleaned up everything and did everything for me. I was left with no work, which was great. They took care of everything. They made sure there were no scrap metals or hazardous objects from the job leftover.

It was cleaned up nicely and they were very courteous, too.

They gave me excellent service. The salesperson, Joseph, was very informative. He took time with my dad, who is a senior. Not all companies take time with seniors. My dad is 82 years old, and Joseph took time to answer his questions. More companies need sales reps like Joseph, who take time and patience with seniors. The installers were excellent. They kept my dad informed on every step. The whole staff was great from beginning to end.
If I had to do it all over again, I would go with Larmco. I feel very fortunate that I found them. They were just top shelf from sales to installation. The salesperson was great about answering all of my questions and helping me understand what there was out there to be purchased, and what would be the best purchase for me and my situation. The installation was fantastic. It all could not have been better.
I contacted Larmco in regards to storm damage that we had. Their representative went over it and dealt with the insurance company for us. The crew came out in a timely fashion and kept me in close appraisal of what was going on. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner in under a week. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough about Larmco. We purchased 10 windows, a garden window and a 9+ ft. wide bay window. Our entire experience with them was amazing. From the presentation, the office personnel concerning scheduling and the installers. They are fantastic. Buying their windows was a big investment, but well worth it. We haven't had any issues as of yet. However, I don't believe that it would be an issue for long.

Larmco Windows and Siding completed the job in a very neat manner. The windows are outstanding, and I have already seen big savings on my heating bill within the first month.
When we first were looking for windows we were thinking that it would cost a lot more than it did. We weren't really sure if it would make a difference in our heating and cooling, either. I don't know about the cooling yet, but it has made a difference with the heating. The product has lived up to what Jim said it would be and we are very satisfied.
The tub that Larmco installed for us is just wonderful. The workers were wonderful; they were clean. The job is well done, and the tub is like dying and going to heaven. I work, and when I'm tired, the tub relaxes me.

Larmco Windows was extremely professional in their handling of our situation. The sales staff was responsive and honest, and the work was done quickly and met the expectations that were laid out from the start.
We replaced two large windows in our living room because they were letting in a lot of cold air. Within the first day of those being replaced we noticed an immediate difference around those areas. The second thing we wanted were windows that would quiet down the traffic noise coming from behind our house and we have noticed a lessening of noise from the windows as well. Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
