It was a headache for me. It was not a pleasant experience.
Tim Lavarn provided exceptional see, resolved the issues in a timely manner and did a great job. I can't say enough about Tim.
I would like to commend Earl and Byron out of the warranty office for their great service.
It was a great experience. The subcontractors were courteous and polite to my wife and children. They had a great sales staff. I have no complaints at all.
They were within budget!
This was a Team of Professionals that handled the home building process with complete competence. They even came out on weekends to work and to answer my questions. Great company to trust your home project with.
Mr. Ron Johnson was great he was super nice and Tim was great as well, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good group of people that built my home. I would highly recommend them.Ron Johnson was very informative, he went out of his way to help me.
I would advise anyone to make sure that Heritage Homes was not so busy that they could not take care of the job as they were supposed to. I kept hearing from the builder that he had so many jobs going on that he could not take care of everything.
The only two things we weren't satisfied with...it took longer than expected for this process because we were initially told the wait time to begin construction was about six weeks, and almost 15 weeks later our construction started. There were also large gaps where no work was going on, and our project ended up extending through the holidays which made it take longer also. Therefore, it took about 4 1/2 months to build rather than the average three. The other thing we didn't like, there was little to no communication. We had to call several times throughout this 7 month period: to receive a start date, to schedule our orientation, to see what was going on and what needed to be done. Overall, the people were friendly, and the craftsmanship of our new home is beautiful! We love the value we received for the money we spent and wish we could've given 5 stars, but the two issues we had prevented this. We recommend Heritage Homes to anyone who has the time and patience to wait for a wonderful final product:)
Chris Boswell for being an awesome person to work with. i was more than satisfied with a number of the sub-contractors. Krisden was also a pleasure to work with, she was always so friendly and kind.
Everything went great. This is the first home I've ever had build. Loshanda and the office crew were exceptional. they made things a lot easier.
Ron and Clanton were very helpful.
I wanted to know when would I possibly be expecting my deed. I also want to mention LaShonda again. LaShonda was a person that anytime I had a question I could always call LaShonda. If I called LaShonda and she did not have an answer for me she would always find out and get back to me, and I just wanted to let her know I really appreciated that. I had been very sick and LaShonda took her time in explaining things to me and I just want to thank her for that. I also want to thank the installers they did a really good job.
I would like to recognize both Mason Bixler and LaShonda of Heritage Homes fr their exceptional service.
I really like Heritage Homes, and I like the people there. The people at Heritage Homes were very nice and polite and I just like the things they did. If I asked anyone a question at Heritage Homes they gave me an answer to the best of their ability and I pray that if anything were to happen in my home they would come out and fix it.
They did a good job.
Chris did very well. They all did pretty good in the office as well.
Kristen has the best customer service of anyone I have met. Everyone was nice.
I believe the value and quality of my home is outstanding.
My biggest issue was that the builder was supposed to be here 2 to 3 times a week and he might have been here twice every three weeks. That led to some problems and things not being done correctly. It was disappointing that some things got slipped through the cracks. As I walk through the house I see that things weren't done correctly. It was like if anything changed in the house from the regular plans then there was a mistake because people were not paying attention. Overall, I thought they did a decent job.
