I started Renaissance Classic Homes in January 2002 after working for my fathers homebuilding company for 11 years.
For me, 3 behaviors are key. 1. Be fair and honest 2. Treat people right. 3. Do what I say I'm going to do. We are also very systematic on setting and surpassing expectations as well. A high level of client communication and feedback.
In the past its been primarily 2nd time move up buyers. Now I'm focusing much more on 1st time move-up.
Seeing the finished home and having a highly satisfied customer are extremely satisfying.
It's always best when the client is completely hones and will openly communicate all their wants, needs and concerns with me.
I've always built homes in a very small geographic area. So we are expanding geographically while having a greater focus on 1st time buyers and 1st time move-up buyers. We will also focus more on building for buyers who already own a lot.
