I started Renaissance Classic Homes in January 2002 after working for my father's homebuilding company for 11 years. I typically build from 8-15 custom homes per year and a few remodeling projects. My father won a Pacesetter Award for customer service in the first annual Pacesetter Awards by Custom Home magazine in 1995.
During the sales process I spend alot of time with my customers learning about their likes, dislikes, needs and wants. My goal is to create and encourage open & honest communication with them. This type of in depth conversation builds trust and rapport, and the insights I gain put me in a much better position to help them achieve their goals and objectives while preventing situations from arising that will cause the customer stress and anxiety.
I tend to develop a very friendly and trusting relationship with my customers that goes well beyond a good relationship. I believe this occurs because I treat my customers with respect and always follow through on my promises.
Mostly 2nd time move-up buyers. A few luxury buyers, and some empty nester who are downsizing. Most of our buyers are looking for that extra touch of personal attention and customization.
To start with a piece of ground and build an attractive high quality house that will last for the next 100 years or so is very rewarding. The satisfaction of cultivating a satisfied customer who started off with a certain level of anxiety and nervousness going into the build that I was able to get relaxed enough to build a strong relationship with is a good thing. I also enjoy the ceative aspects of it.
It's always best when the customer is completely honest and openly communicates their concerns, wants and budget with me. Open communication creates a true partnership between myself and the customer, better results are always achieved when this happens.
Pictures of amenities they want are very helpful.
A continued focus on customer satisfaction while keeping the entire customer experience enjoyable and stress-free.
