Aspen Basement Company was founded in 2004 by Chris Beasley in Denver, Colorado. The mission of the company is to focus solely on finished basement designs and construction, and to provide the highest quality product in the Denver metropolitan area. Chris brought over 25 years of construction management, engineering, remodeling and customer service experience to the business. As the owner of the company, Chris is involved in each project from the initial design to the completion of construction. The Aspen Basement Company team consists of experienced project managers, craftsmen and certified technicians.
Aspen Basement Company is a design-build company specializing in finished basements. Aspen Basement Company utilizes a number of design tools, including 3-dimensional computerized models, to help our homeowners create a finished basement that exceeds their expectations. Our company operates in the greater Denver metropolitan area, and we are involved with a wide variety of projects in both size and scope. Our typical basement finish designs include home theaters, game rooms, wet bars, kitchenettes, offices, bedrooms, bathrooms, spas, steam rooms, exercise studios, craft rooms, pool rooms, art studios, wine cellars, studies and storage areas.

During 2008, Aspen Basement Company will introduce our Green Basement program. This program will create a number of construction practices and materials which will be standard in every Aspen Basement Company design. This offering will also allow our homeowners to choose a number of optional design elements and finishes that are eco-friendly. These will include items such as plumbing fixtures, flooring materials, paints, HVAC systems, surface materials and other high quality design elements which are good for the environment. We are very excited to unveil this program later this year.
