GuildQuality customer satisfaction surveys enable homeowners to rate their contractor on a scale of zero to four (with zero being the worst and four being the best) in all sorts of categories. Our members can publish a summary of those answers here on their profile page, displaying a bar for as many or as few questions as they like. The score for each category indicates the percentage of survey respondents who answered a three or four to that particular question.
We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

We have built 3 homes and this was by far the most enjoyable.It was great to work with professionals who understand budget, schedule and quality under difficult design specifications and conditions .We pushed the envelope with our requests and they delivered.The attitude is "Can do" and always with a smile. Although early in the construction process, FBN has met/exceeded our expectations in many aspects. As one of us is an interior designer, another a former architect, they are absolutely on the same page with our design intent, and we recognized that quality during our selection process and is ultimately why we hired them.Their organization skills are impeccable - detailed project plans, meeting minutes, careful budget tracking. The communication channels have been outstanding (nod to Dani and Larissa) as well. Their quality of sub-contractors so far have been very remarkable, we are overall pleased by their professionalism and enthusiasm to be working on our project.

FBN has done a number of projects for us starting in 1994 from a larger kitchen project to smaller ones. Their perfectionism in making sure that the job is done right with highest quality materials and subcontractors and attention to daily cleanup and minimizing mess in the rest of the house stand out . They also are mindful of our budget when selecting materials and other options. We will never consider having anyone else work on our home.
The company is first rate! Philip Mills treated the job as if he was working on his own house. He's a great problem solver and has a lot of energy. Dani Toole was very easy to work with. Her project development and budget explanations were very understandable and thorough. Everyone at the company works very hard, are very talented and committed. The subcontractors are first rate, too.
