The man who did the final fit for the windows on the 1st order I had was excellent. The windows fit like fine cabinetry.

I would highly recommend Wooden Window for any custom window job on old homes.
David Hoff, the installation crew, and the fabricators in the shop were all excellent.
There was a little misinterpretation on the sales end. They made the adjustments without additional change. They worked it out in-house. They dealt with the problem. That was good.
Everyone I worked with was very nice and I particularly liked the fact that Matt took the time to give me a tour of the shop where the windows were made... this made me more comfortable with the process and made me feel more secure that I would be receiving a quality product.
My project was actually completed much sooner than expected.
They did two windows and everything was fine. I would recommend them to a friend.
I do not think this is a "yes/no" question - it should be numerically rated. I would not have chosen any company if I thought it would be problematic or difficult to work with. I feel Wooden Window did a very good job working with me and my schedule. The quality of the windows is excellent, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I have already recommended the company to friends.
The pricing and cost of the project was exactly as Mark outlined it.

Wooden Window has done work for me before. That's why I called them. I knew they would take care of things very quickly. We were getting ready to rent the house, and the painter found drytrot in the windows. Wooden Window went above and beyond getting those things fixed before the new renters moved in. If you own an hold house and you want work done that is appropriate for the age of the house I think Wooden Window is absolutely the best work around.
Overall I was happy with the product and Jeff was very effective.

Matt Delaney and all the staff were professional and promptly addressed any inquiries. Matt met with us after hours so that my husband could see where the windows would be made. Touring your factory was a big factor in our decision. We liked keeping the project local.

I think David was the one who came out and did our evaluation, he was always available and answered my questions and the person who scheduled the job was good at coordinating the job with us during the rain. He was upfront and timely and helped us understand why it was not going to work out.
