Thank you again to everyone at Wooden Window for taking on a difficult project that was outside of their usual products and services. We have a two-flat in nearby Temescal. All of the windows in the home inexplicably stopped working around the same time. Most people we called said to just replace the windows. Wooden Window agreed to come out and look at them, diagnosed the problem, found the part manufacturer and fixed the windows. The charge was reasonable, expecially when compared to the cost of replacing about 8 windows!!! We were desperate and we are so appreciative. Sure, but I don't think they would want me to. I only say that because it wasn't perfect. I would recommend them, I think Matt was really nice and the quality of the work was really good. I think the people knew what they were doing, but I don't think the preparations for painting around the installation was perfect. I had to do some work myself to get it ready to paint.
