I'm very pleased with the whole experience working with Wooden Window, and I am pleased with the quality of the work that I have received from them.
I'm very pleased with the whole experience working with Wooden Window, and I am pleased with the quality of the work that I have received from them.
I was most satisfied with their experience and the fact that they brought the willingness to discuss alternate means of choosing what I wanted. It wasn't just an off the shelf experience, and I appreciate that.
Keep up the good work as far as production goes.
I was most impressed with the finished product.
I would recognize David Huff.
They are now working on my neighbors house this week. I am sure they will do quality work.
Wooden Window's quality is top notch. They offer excellent service. It is dazzling in this era to get old world craftsmanship. They are an excellent business.
Every one of the guys was terrific. They are good hardworking guys. I don't have a single complaint.
It was exactly what I expected. It was perfect. Bill's company is flawless. The process was exactly the way it should be. You pay for the quality you expect.
Everything was fantastic
Wooden Window, Inc. is a fantastic company.
The first couple guys who installed the bedroom windows worked really hard in a difficult situation(a lot of rot), and they cleaned up after themselves. The larger crew who did the rest of the window instalation were also really good. I am very pleased with the windows. I feel that my modest home got rich people service at a reasonable price.
I was most satisfied with the craftsmanship. It was excellent.
Matt Delaney was the perfect representative for his company, always courteous, personable and responsive. He responded quickly to any questions that came up, with good and thoughtful answers, even coming back to the house to discuss additional options for a situation that arose due to my own oversight. He recommends good people to work with. A true, modern professional. Kirsten Falke-Boyd
The two guys who came and did the actual installation were terrific--skilled, efficient, and left the space absolutely clean. I don't have my files available so I can't provide their names.
Mr. Murphy, who installed the windows, did an excellent job, was very courteous, and kept everything clean and neat. Mr. David Huff researched the problems I had discussed with him and gave me accurate assessment of the options. And Mr. Karl Garcia, who measured and directed the work, set up the job much sooner than than was originally estimated. All were great to work with.
They have what I highly respect, which is the old world craftsmanship, like a guild system. It's increasingly not around. You get not-very-good workmanship everywhere you go, and this is just stunning to see that it's still available.
Keep up the good work! Don't compromise the quality of your product to compete with lesser-quality companies.
Efu (sp) has come twice and he does good work and we marvel @ how spotless he leaves things. Not one spec of dust!
Matt Delaney came to our house to measure and estimate costs. He gave expert advice and suggestions. Even showed me how to open our double-pane front windows; i.e., tilt them. We moved in 1.7 yrs ago and I never knew about these windows. Gave a hint on how to prevent a door from closing all the time b/c of the uneven house after 80 some years.
The man who did the final fit for the windows on the 1st order I had was excellent. The windows fit like fine cabinetry.
collaberative approach + hustle in completing the project. Bill Esserts gentlemanliness.
I would highly recommend Wooden Window for any custom window job on old homes.
David Hoff, the installation crew, and the fabricators in the shop were all excellent.
There was a little misinterpretation on the sales end. They made the adjustments without additional change. They worked it out in-house. They dealt with the problem. That was good.
Everyone I worked with was very nice and I particularly liked the fact that Matt took the time to give me a tour of the shop where the windows were made... this made me more comfortable with the process and made me feel more secure that I would be receiving a quality product.
My project was actually completed much sooner than expected.
They did two windows and everything was fine. I would recommend them to a friend.
I do not think this is a "yes/no" question - it should be numerically rated. I would not have chosen any company if I thought it would be problematic or difficult to work with. I feel Wooden Window did a very good job working with me and my schedule. The quality of the windows is excellent, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I have already recommended the company to friends.
The pricing and cost of the project was exactly as Mark outlined it.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
