He was willing to work with me in fitting in work not covered by the insurance that I wanted to get done while reconstruction was being done. He worked with the insurance claims agent to get the most complete remediation of damages, including refurbishing to even better condition than before the fire.

The air was so loaded with particles, that there are slight sediments on some of the canned goods in the basement, but I think they cleaned everything that was possible to clean, the disintegrated plaster is just still settling down. We're very pleased they actually did something they don't advertise. In the end when they were finished, their lady crew chief thought she smelled a gas leak, we called someone and sure enough, we had a leak in the basement. We were grateful. The gas leak and flew blockage from the boiler were both found out because of this job. I would reccomend them any time. I've had them over a number of times to clean my carpet, glad to see they could take care of something like this as well.
Why Us?: I heard about Woodard before we moved from Michigan to St. Souis, someone over there recommended them to me. I was always pleased when they came here to do the carpets.
