My experience with Wonderland Homes from day one has been very, very positive. All my questions and concerns were addressed as soon as possible. That's why I bought a home from them a second time.

We looked at many builders in many locations over the years, including Wonderland. We kept coming back to them for the styles of their homes and the great sales team. When we were finally ready to buy, the sales team was a pleasure to work with. We got to be involved every step of the way which was interesting and exciting for our family. When we moved in, we were very happy with the look, functional layout and price of our home. After 20 years living in a 1950's home, we are thrilled to be in a brand new house where we chose everything. It really feels like "ours" and feels like home.
Our interaction with most of the people at Wonderland has been positive. However, there was one major issue that really clouded our experience; namely, during our final walk through, we happened to ask about getting the permit for the fence that was built as part of our home-buying agreement. We were dismayed to learn that our fence had been built without a permit (despite the city's requirement that fences have permits). To make matters worse, we subsequently learned that the fence did not comply with the city code and will have to be taken down due to its noncompliance. Moreover, we had signed a contract prior to closing that indicated this fence issue would be taken care of swiftly as soon as we got word from the city on any changes that needed to be made. However, the city has issued it's report and it has now been over a month since closing, yet zero progress has been made to date. We wish this issue had not come to pass, as we otherwise have had a positive experience working with Wonderland.
Overall, working with Wonderland Homes was a good customer experience with a lot of great people. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I do think that the pace that the're building at is problematic and puts stress on the process, but Tom and Sean were both really great to work with. Overall it was a great customer experience.
Overall, it was a pleasure working with Wonderland homes. The sales process went well and we received a fair deal, warranty items were addressed in a timely manner and the home is amazing!
My experience with Wonderland Homes was very professional. They made everything very clear, the entire process was easier than I expected. I've been very satisfied with my home since moving in.
I was most satisfied with the quality of the home for the price we received and the closing was exceptionally smooth.
I am most satisfied with the quality of my home and he timeliness of their responses to my questions.
The overall finishes in the home impressed me. Also they have a great attention to detail.
Both Tom and Sean at the sales office are terrific!
We didn't enter the market expecting to end up building a new home. We looked at existing homes and weren't finding what we really wanted. So, we went to the Wonderland sales office. Looking at the Denver Traditions homes, we saw that we could possible build a home instead of buying an existing one. With more research, we found that it was too good of an option to pass up. This way we got exactly what we wanted for about the same price we would have paid to buy an existing home. All the people at Wonderland helped our experience to be a smooth, exciting, and affordable one. We are very happy!
We love our new home and it was in great shape when we moved in. We are very satisfied. Our home is exactly what we dreamed it was going to be!
We are very happy with the level of service and product from Wonderland.
Very responsive to our needs and concerns Closing went smoothly on the part of Wonderland
I love Stapleton, thanks!
I think the buying process was the most satisfying. We were nervous and Tom really helped us with that.
Tom (sales) and Mark (warranty) are downright outstanding to work with. Tom guided us through the process in a very non-stressful way and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Mark can answer any question and handle any problem. He is always available, enthusiastic, and very easy to work with.
They made so many suggestions that were helpful every step of the way

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
