Quality: Workmanship/Materials/Crew: Conrad Johnson was assigned to our project and this was our good fortune as he is one of the most skilled professional carpenters I have met. He was on the job from early in the morning to late afternoon and expected the same professional skills from all sub-contractors on the job. In addition, he was always friendly, kind, good natured and took obvious pleasure in his work. "This is going to look beautiful when it is completed" was his favorite quote and he was right.

Areas Of Satisfaction: I am happy that I was able to find the product I wanted. The Hardy product is great and was available in the color I wanted. They also had different finishes which made my decision process easier. Finding a contractor I could trust was great too.
Lead Source: A neighbor recommended Winn Design & Remodeling. I saw their gutters and went and asked them about it. They told me all about the hardy product and Winn Design Remodeling.
Current Referrals: Most everyone in our neighborhood has used Winn Design & Remodeling. I have already referred my neighbors to them. I do plan to list them in our home owners directory as a reliable contractor.
Additional Comments: I contacted Winn Design after my home was damaged in a hail storm. Working with them has been a very positive experience. They did not pressure me to sign a contract like some of the competing companies did. Winn Design & Remodeling was very low key and professional. I had a hard time deciding what product I wanted to use, but after finding the Hardy product in the color I wanted, I am very satisfied. Winn Design worked with us and our schedule. I am very happy with them and their teams. I am delighted with the professional approach that Winn Design & Remodeling takes towards their business. They do a great job and are a very reputable company in my town.
