I liked Mr. Davis, my salesperson. I had a couple of different crews who installed on different locations and I liked both crews. They communicated well, kept everything clean, and started and finished on time. The crew chief and their helpers were great.
There are no short comings that come to mind.
When envisioning the final product, you see things in pictures, brochures, or you imagine different scenarios in your mind, but nothing compares to the final outcome. I had to step back and say, "Wow, this really turned out well".
They recommended and explained everything in detail. They answered all of my questions and left me feeling very much much at ease.
I didn't have any problems.
We already referred them to a family member who is looking to replace some windows.
The installer did an excellent job of installing the windows and wrapping and caulking the window trim. A portion of the inside wood trim needed to be removed to take out the existing windows. The installer was very careful and thoughtful to not damage the 1926 old oak woodwork. They were very respectful of our home and property while doing their work.
They did a good job. They brought out a sample window and explained the features and how it operates. Explained the difference between triple pane, double pane and other available features.
I was very pleased with the work performed by Window Outfitters. From start to finish Bob Davis was very helpful in giving us many different pricing options. The package we ultimately chose was very competitively priced and there were no surprises in the end as far as cost go and Bob was very fair with his pricing on a few changes that were made through the course of the project. The guys who performed the work were great. Once the project got started Joe and Donny were on site everyday until the project was complete. We had nearly 30 windows replaced and the entire house re-sided. The interior and exterior was cleaned at the end of each day. Joe and Donny really took pride in their work and there were no shortcuts taken. I will continue to recommend Window Outfitters to others.
Joe and Donny were great to work with. They were on site everyday until the project was complete and were respectful of everything in and around the property.
None really, the crew was very communicative and Bob Davis was very fair when it came time for final payment at the end of the project.
The crew performing the work was excellent. Once the project got started Joe and Donny were on site everyday until the project was complete. Joe took the time each day to point out anything out of the ordinary that they had discovered and how they worked around or fixed the situation.
it was great, two of the windows we replaced were in areas exposed to high moisture. Bob recommended a fiberglass window which we ultimately decided to use and have been very pleased.
We first heard of Window Outfitters through a personal recommendation. Having worked with Bob, it is easy to see why. Window Outfitters installs a quality product with good craftsmanship. We are pleased with the windows we have, the work they have done, and they are the type of business you would feel good recommending to your friends and family.
Bob originally met with us on Saturday, the day we submitted the request for a proposal. He was very accomodating and responsive.
Effectively compared his product to other products on the market. Illustrated the differences between Windows Outfitter's product and the competition using a sample sized window.
Joe Foley, the foreman, kept everyone on track.
The work crew was very good.
It was good.
The two older gentlemen that came and wrote up the contract were prompt and knowledgeable of everything. The lead guy that did the windows was professional. I have hardwood floors and he put tarps down all through the house. I've been on sites with people I don't care to work for, and these guys were professional all around.
They were prompt and on point as far as the time schedule, and when we got with them they were prompt. They stayed in touch via email and phone. They were great.
They recommended specific products in the area of what I wanted to spend, and they offered the best quality for the money. We talked that out, and since I am a contractor I would have known if they were messing with us. It was fair, and it was a great experience.
We wanted to go a little cheaper and get the best quality for the price I was looking for. They were right up my alley.
I would give them a 6 on that. They forgot the permit, and they came back after to make sure I was satisfied. They went out of their way. I work from home, and they were very discrete.
Joe Foley the installer and Dave Herstad the salesman.
The quality of the product, the quality of the work, and the professionalism of the individuals I worked with. I know I paid for the professionalism but it was worth the price.
The products they suggested work fine and their process used was very effective.
Dave and the head of the crew that did the install (I can't think of his name right now).
Dealing with Dave and the crew. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
