Installer didn't do a great job checking windows for functionality. Within a day issues arose that should have noticed if the installers checked the windows

The quality of the windows is excellent, and I like them and the way they put them in.

From the front end the sales man was honest and we felt comfortable that we canceled any other window company estimates we had scheduled. They were prompt in getting the measurements and the order arrived earlier than we expected. Did a great job. One window was ordered without a screen and they jumped on it to have one ordered. Still waiting to receive notification that it came in and arrange for them to come back out but I am confident that they will

The process was good and there was a quick turn around from the time I ordered to the installation. The people who delivered and installed were very professional. They are high quality. I have had the windows in for 2 weeks and I can already tell a difference in the house.

When given the estimate. The sales representative tried to give us two different numbers. The higher one is what he tried to sell us with when we were wrapping up. We didn’t realize the numbers were off till he had left. I’m glad we had 3 days to think about it and look at the numbers and reach back or we would have been highly upset

Tom the salesperson was great. I typically don't close on a first meeting or succumb to sales pressure, but he was such a great guy. He actually convinced me to close and there was somebody I could have gotten a better price with, but he got me.

Everything was great. The sales associates and the installers were great. I give 10s across the board.

It was very professional. The thing I didn't like is that it took a long time from the time we paid because we had to pay upfront. It took at least over two months before the windows were actually installed. The service was fine. It's just that I didn't like the fact that they held onto my money all this time and we had to wait to get the windows installed.
