During construction (and due to it), half of our existing house flooded. I was concerned and stressed about the whole process. William Shaw and Associates spend most of their time repairing, correcting, or fixing the problem. They took great care of the house. In addition, we had left town during some of the construction and they went the extra mile to make sure our home was secure. They even turned off the water so that the pipes would not freeze. I appreciate their efforts and would recommend them to anyone who need/wants to remodel.

We had a great experience so far, and we are looking forward to starting the construction process.

We had meetings with and quotes from a few other builders. I thought Bill Shaw was most professional. Also was very pleased with John's project management, and his willingness, ability and promptness to make last minute changes we had requested. We were very happy with John's attention to detail. We were also very happy with all of the workers.
