Areas were cabinets didn't get pushed to the wall because of the existing wall they recommended trim and installed it. In other areas they made suggestions for modification that would enhance the look of the finished product.
Additional Comments: They did a very good job. I know it is difficult to come into an existing kitchen and we have hardwood floors and they protected them very well. We had no damages to our wall paper, floors, and ceilings. The companies were able to work in such a manner where there were no incidents.

Areas Of Satisfaction: This is our second kitchen we did with these people. We are so satisfied with the one they put in the home that we live in, we had one installed in our rental home. We definitely went back to Welcom because of the way they handle themselves, they way they sell the product, and the way they tell you exactly what it is and how it is and it's exactly how it turns out. We've been in the showroom, and people come in and we definitely recommend Welcom Cabinets to do their kitchens and bathrooms.
Lead Source: We happened to pass their place of business, and we stopped in. We were completely thrilled with the way they wrote up and designed our kitchen. We went ahead with the design, and we're very happy with the product they offered us. Any time my wife would ask the salesman if she could do something it was always yes. Everything was good.
Additional Comments: They were right on budget. If we could do it in our house in Pennsylvania we'd do it there.The quality of the cabinet is really nice.

Problem Resolution: Absolutely. I had some moulding issues, and Jimmy came and solved it so beautifully. He had to match up their crown moulding with mine, and he did a great job.
Areas Of Satisfaction: I was most satisfied with my kitchen. They gutted my kitchen, put in new cabinets, new appliances, and a new sink, and I am super pleased. They also did the flooring in my laundry room all the way through to the dining room, and did everything from start to finish in four days.

He made the selection process a pleasure and assured us things would go well. And it did. This is the fifth house we have built, and we have not ever been completely satisfied with our cabinets until now. Would recommend Yves to anyone.
Areas Of Satisfaction: The selection process was a pleasure. Yves was prepared with a computer layout of our kitchen based on the plans we provided. He helped in the color selection process and his follow through was great.The installation was also a pleasure. The two men installing took the time to answer our questions and give input where we asked.We know several cabinet companies that we were going to try, but after meeting with Yves, we looked no further.100% satisfied.

The subcontractor, Angelo, worked tirelessly to replace the old floor with new hardwoods to minimize my inconvenience. He even fixed an unknown, hidden problem behind a kitchen wall. We like the integrity of the owner and honesty. Owner came to our home and saw something we would have never seen and told them to repair the mistake and they did.
