Welcom Cabinets

My overall experience with Welcom Cabinets was just that, an experience. BIll was not the easiest person to communicate with, he just sat there and said "We can do that", but we never felt he was listening to our thoughts and concerns. Every time we met with Bill, he never seemed to remember what we had talked about the meeting before. Then came along Jon, and we were sold. Jon helped us come up with a design we wanted that Bill had never thought to show us, he worked everything into place that we wanted. Then when the construction began, Jon was awesome, he had everything in the right place, it was smooth, he fixed any little snag that arose. Bill was there when a check was due and he was awkward about asking for payment. Jon was the person who got things done and brought the professionalism to the table and represented Welcom Cabinets to the highest regard.

I like the customer service and the variety that Welcom Cabintes has, as well as all the options. They work with other companies in the area, and that helped a lot because I didn't have to wait long to get my stuff. I love the end result; it looks really nice. I wish I could afford to do my flooring too.

The installers were fantastic. They were professional in every aspect of their work from customer service to quality of work. They are craftsmen at what they do and gave us an excellent product . The granite countertops exceeded the "Wow" factor. Kent and his partner did a fantastic job. Yves Frech was very patient with us as we acognized over every decision. It was his professional eye and suggestions that made everthing connect. As he said you are going to "love it" and love it we do.

We had a kitchen that was outdated and now it looks modern and it is a joy to be in it. We are really enjoying what they did to our kitchen. I checked around in a lot of places and not only was Welcom Cabinets less expensive but the quality to me was better. Cost was a big factor.

Their strength is in their concern for their customer's satisfaction. This included showing up on time, calling if there was a delay, fixing or replacing anything that would make my kitchen better, even if it was not in the original plan (i.e. reframing the kitchen window to make it plumb), and changing anything with which I was not happy. All requests were met with a smile and a willingness to please.

I thought it was a good value for the money. It is a quality product that they installed for me. They did what they said they would. I really like that I didn't have to deal with subcontractors and third party vendors. I like the turn key operations. We knew what we were getting before we got it because the program they used is virtually up to date. We knew what it was going to look like before we were finished.

2012 Guildmaster Application

Welcom Cabinets is a candidate for a 2012 Guildmaster Award. The Guildmaster Awards recognize exemplary service among home builders, remodelers, developers, and home services contractors. Click here to review this year's qualifications.

To be eligible for consideration, Welcom Cabinets must survey all of their customers.

If you are a recent customer of Welcom Cabinets and have not yet received a customer satisfaction survey, please let us know. We need your feedback in order to conduct a thorough review of Welcom Cabinets's application.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
