During the construction of our home, the Yorktown office transitioned to a new space. They were so well organized that I considered it a seamless transition. I stopped by the house on an almost daily basis while it our house was being built. I spoke to each and every subs. It was good to hear that they had all worked as a sub to Wayne Harbin Builder for many years. I believe Wayne Harbin Builder maintains the reputation it has because of the high quality subs used. I did get the impression that winning the bid to do the work was becoming more competitive. I would hate to see Wayne switch to unknown subs because the sub came in at a lower price.
