He was pleasant to work with and he seemed genuinely interested in our wants and desires for our home. He felt like a long time friend from the start. Bric was good to work with. He was very tuned in to helping us get the finished product we wanted! And was a big part in our home being complete a month early!
Feature: I like the master on the main. The two story family room with all the windows so I can look out at our view of trees and mountains and fields. Open family room and kitchen area.
Area Of Most Satisfaction: Dustin, Claire and Bric were all great to work with.Claire was great to work with. At the time we lived two hours away from the Visionary office, so we had to do our selections in one day. Claire was patient and gave us a full day - many hours - of focused attention to punch out all the items we needed to address in selections. She was very helpful in choosing colors and flooring that coordinated. She offered good suggestions of ideas we may not have been envisioning or thinking of.For the most part we were pleased with all of the subs as well!

Exceptional: Bric our project manager! He drove to salt lake to get us a different color pull down things on one of our fans because they had given us the wrong color. He really was on top of everything and responded to all of our questions and concerns! He was willing to meet with us on site anytime and we felt like he had our back! I feel like he made our experience great we are truly grateful we had him for our manager!
Feature: We love our fireplace, wainscoting details, and definitely the kitchen!

Claire Bellon was instrumental in helping us to get the look that we wanted even though our taste was largely outside the options available in the design showroom. We also LOVE the layout. Karen Shelton, Claire Bellon, and Tiffany Shaffer worked with us very creatively to modify an existing Visionary Home design to make it suit our needs, and we absolutely love the layout.

We had none of the nightmare or stressful experiences that are often associated with building a home. If there was ever a problem (which didn't happen very often) it was fixed quickly and without any issues. Also, we loved that we selected everything for the house in one day. That was so manageable and relieved so much potential stress. And we loved that people were working on building our home consistently. There was never more than a day or two between workers coming--never any lag in workers coming. It was so satisfying to see that things were being done on schedule and there weren't any big gaps from one job to another. It was all so streamlined and we loved it!
Current Referrals: No, but we always recommend Visionary to anyone we know who is thinking of building.
Favorite Home Feature: The layout. We love the original layout and the additions we made to fit our needs. It's so open and livable, and there's no wasted space, which is remarkable. It is a beautiful design!
