In a month we plan on doing interior trim work in the bathrooms and bedrooms

Comment Why Choose Us? Manassas, VA Feb 15, 2012

I chose them because of the price, and also, I was very pleased with the work. I trusted them to be in my house while I was at work. I gave them full access, and there were no issues; everything was locked up and clean. It was a great partnership. That was really because of meeting Dominic. He introduced me to the lead painter before they started the work, and right then and there I trusted that individual and wanted to continue working with them. If it wasn't for lead painter, I might have gone a different route.

Comment Recognize Excellence Manassas, VA Feb 15, 2012

The district manager, Dominic, and his lead painter should both be recognized.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Manassas, VA Feb 15, 2012

The district manager brought the lead painter over, and he gave me some really good ideas and suggestions on paint color, as far as what would actually work best with the flow throughout my house. Initially I had no idea what color to go with, and he chose all my colors for me.

Comment Website Ease Of Use For Scheduling Manassas, VA Feb 15, 2012

They contacted me immediately after I submitted a request.

Comment Next Remodeling Project Baltimore, MD Feb 08, 2012

Unknown at this time. I told Univ. Painters that I know who to call to paint our new home.

Comment Recognize Excellence Baltimore, MD Feb 08, 2012

Sure! Wilfredo and Pedro were the painters who did a great job. Bob Shelton was the supervisor/estimator--and I also told him how pleased my husband and I were with Wilfredo and Pedro.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Baltimore, MD Feb 08, 2012

Again, ease of getting a price for the initial job with the possibility of addiing room(s), ability to choose they colors and have the painters obtain and correctly paint each area. No hidden fees. After a walk through, I was impressed with what I saw that I gave the balance to the workers and left them to finish painting and close up.

Comment Likely To Recommend Baltimore, MD Feb 08, 2012

Already have--neighbors asked b/c they saw the schedule the workers kept and were impressed as I was.

Comment Clean & Safe Baltimore, MD Feb 08, 2012

Liked that all the rooms and stairs were covered before and during painting so each worker didn't track paint/dust, etc. when travelling between rooms.

Comment Construction Quality Baltimore, MD Feb 08, 2012

Very impressed with patching of cracks and holes to the point where most were practically seamless/unnoticeable unless you know where to look. Appreciate that they removed switchplates/covers before painting. Paint job itself looks great--no streaking, no drips, no patches of shades, etc.

Comment Communication Baltimore, MD Feb 08, 2012

Very easy to work with. I liked that I chose the paint colors and the workers got them and painted accordingly. When I decided to have another room painted, I got the price for the addt'l work over the phone, told the painters what color I wanted, they painted--very simple.

Comment Professional & Organized Baltimore, MD Feb 08, 2012

Appreciated that they left the leftover paint in the rooms/labeled for touch-ups as needed.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Dayton, OH Feb 06, 2012

I was satisfied with the workmanship. They communicated well, and they told us exactly what they were doing. As far as getting advice on certain things that we needed, they were good at that.

Comment Why Choose Us? Gainesville, VA Feb 06, 2012

Dominic came in and explained to me what they did. He provided me with a folder full of information, which definitely showed professionalism to me. I felt like they would come in and do a better job for the price.

Comment Comparison To Other Estimates Recv Gainesville, VA Feb 06, 2012

The other companies were 2000 dollars plus over the price that Dominic quoted us.

Comment Additional Work Performed Gainesville, VA Feb 06, 2012

They also fixed our crown molding in our family room. I think it was probably fifty to a hundred dollars.

Comment Recognize Excellence Gainesville, VA Feb 06, 2012

The head guy that was there was Fernando, and I would recognize him. Dominic Crosby was also very helpful.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Gainesville, VA Feb 06, 2012

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.

Important Information about choosing a Builder, Remodeler, or Contractor

Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
