This was made possible by our Project Manager, Nikolaus Mimikakis. His cared for this project as if it was being done to his own home. The daily and weekly communication and updates were KEY to our success and he exceeded my expectations. We hit a few bumps along the way, mostly due to our OLD house, but they were addressed in a timely fashion and we still hit our schedule target. All of the work, from the demo, framing, electrical, painting was top notch. We are so pleased with our renovation and will use Twin again, without any hesitation, for our next project!

He stuck to every commitment, was extremely courteous, and was able to handle every aspect of the project above and beyond our expectations. The things that stuck out were: showing up on time, great communication on all aspects of the job, we really appreciated the weekly updates, we always knew what decisions we needed to make in order to keep the project from stalling, attention to detail, if there was ever a mistake or a ding/scratch/whatever, Brian pointed it out himself and had it fixed, we were never surprised on prices, and he worked around our crazy schedules. We will definitely be using Twin in the future and we will be requesting Brian as our Project Manager.William was also extremely professional and saw exactly what we wanted for the kitchen and was able to improve on it. It was so very clear that everything we asked for (and more), Twin had already done before and was thus able to manage with no hiccups. The ability of Twin to drive a short timeline was incredible and frankly, contrary to expectations set by the rest of the construction industry. Twin is clearly a cut above the rest.The design resources available to us throughout the process were also incredibly helpful.

They do an amazing job. We've had the same project manager for all four projects, and he has exceeded anything you could expect from a remodeling company in his willingness to work with us.

I wrote a letter thanking them. The design was superb, and they did everything on time. The office staff and crew are the best I've worked with on a project. They exceeded all of my expectations.

I've had a little trouble getting my insurance check in, and they've been patient with that. They've been fantastic and I'd use them again. I think they did a very good job. I was very impressed with their lead person on sight. He did an outstanding job and followed up on everything. When I had a problem he was there. It was a good experience all the way around.
