Floor Plan: The floor plan is great! I love the utilization of space upstairs for the loft and the great design of the linen closets in the upstairs hall and master bath. Storage is thoroughly planned out and utilization of the space is excellent.
Purchase Reason: I toured a home in Phase 1 of the Edgemoore community that was for sale and realized that I could get a brand new build, custom to my taste for relatively the same cost. I consider myself blessed to have stumbled upon Traton in the process of house shopping.
Additional Comments: I had heard horror stories and even received some advice from trustworthy people in my life that new construction could be more complex and difficult than I expected. Every step of Traton's process proved those statements false. The experience was fun and gave me the power and influence to design and purchase a home that had my own stamp on it. Of course, as a buyer there are more steps to keep up with on the calendar to execute a new build but I'm naturally a meticulous planner and Traton really made the journey enjoyable and exciting. I'm incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend Traton to friends and family in the Atlanta area!
