Salesman was very straightforward in explaining the differences in different types of gutters and was convincing about the high quality of Thompson Creek's gutters. Everything was done within a short period of time, and the delivery and installation of the gutters was on time. Everything was cleaned up perfectly and the gutters match the color of the trim on our house, so they are quite attractive.
I think that Thompson Creek has excellent workmanship with their product. Everything was appropriately measured. Beware of the contractors. The work was not done in a timely fashion. They didn't do what they promised in terms of cleanup. They created damage to our gutters, and that it is costing us more money. Buyer beware!
All of my friends already use them so that's actually how I found out about them.

Product not delivered by time promised. Installation was cancelled twice due to lack of finished product. Not installed to my satisfaction and appointment to repair install has now been cancelled. Overall very dissatisfied with the entire process. Still waiting for repairs on sloppy install.

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
