TOM their Project Manager was cool as a cucumber, friendly, professional, transparent, and ran an amazing job. JOSH their master carpenter was a wizard, and was so very nice to our family, EVERY aspect of our remodel was outstanding, from start to finish. We could not be happier

From all new insulation in the exterior walls which will eliminate the drafty corner, to stabilizing the floors to eliminate squeaks & unevenness, and the best area lighting we have ever had - were all improvements we weren't even expecting when we started out. Their installers are not just carpenters, but artists, really, from the precision of the design (our kitchen is rather small so everything had to be an exact fit) . The look they achieved with the cabinets and other materials they helped us select was beyond our wildest imagination. Not only does my new kitchen look beautiful, but it is at least 10x more practical than it was, with lazy susans, a bank of drawers, a large over the fridge cabinet, and a handy pull-out.

They have a protocol they follow to give us time to think about things and look at samples. They utilize their staff very well. They have someone come out before they start the work to tell you what they will do. They schedule and prepare well. They did all of our bathrooms in three or four days and we never went without a bathroom.

He also took into consideration that we did not want to go over the top with costs. He kept us within our budget but still kept it high quality. He made recommendations of certain products that we were not even aware of. The quality was really there. The Kitchen Master had done a kitchen for us a few years prior and I just felt like I could trust their judgement. They were very professional. They didn't cut corners and they always use top products. There weren't any oversights and they knew what they were doing. I felt very comfortable with everything about their whole program.
