Improve the payment system

Overall the process went smoothly. Completed faster than originally scheduled. Communication could have been better but, overall, we're happy with the result.

The initial meetings were good Ms. Marissa came in and discissed the project. We went back and forth a few times and but she never came back again to discuss the final idea.

The work got stalled for several weeks due to some issue with the city. Why should customers suffer due to bad planning on part of the business or vendor. Finally Jesse Cantu contacted us and thw project slowly moved forward.

There have been issues with the way the work got completed. So far Ms. MARISSA has not come back to verify/validate the quality of the work done.

The sand between the pavers had eroded almost a couple of weeks after install and it has been eroding continuously. We were informed that this is normal..
The pergola design was wrong. The company didnt have the proper licenses to have an attached pergola build we agreed to a detached one. They built it wrong and had to take apart the pillars to correct it. They had promised gifts but never delivered on that either.. how can we recommend them to friends?

Once getting past the sales tactics, I would definitely recommend SystemPavers for the quality of the work. The installation crew for our project was professional, courteous, and did an amazing job!

The initial price I was quoted went up during the job. Sales was not up front about that. I would have gone with a different company who was comparably priced had I known there was going to be add ons such as a root barrier

This was a followup to my original work done two years ago. I had a root protruding causing my turf to lift. It was not covered under the warranty. My initial quote was very high $2300 to $3200, but in the end I was charged $1700. It does not look as good as it did in the beginning because there is a slight dip now.

System Pavers was professional from the start. They kept in constant communication prior, during and after the job.

Overall my experience was negative. It was revived in the end after a year of waiting and a project manager from another region taking over at the direction of the big boss. The original process was unorganized, lack of communication between project manager/designer/installers, and the work was delayed several times. Once we were told the job was complete we expressed our concerns and were told a person would be back for a follow up visit. That visit never happened and pavers were left loose and strewn about the yard. A huge gap between the pavers and the existing ground surrounded the job and was dangerous. As I explained to multiple people there would never have been a before and after photo taken as the after photos looked like an unfinished project.

System Pavers delivered excellent quality and clear, consistent communication throughout the project. Their craftsmanship and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free.

Salesman ignored my request when the project was in work. Verbal price follow up was not provided. Cost for project was more than expected. Third party contractor does not protect employee cutting pavers from silica exposure. Project manager was excellent, above and beyond to meet my expectations. Constant struggle with communication with contractor and non English speaking.

Amazing organization…driveway and walkway demolition and new installation completed in 3 days. Executed very professionally, with expert craftsmanship. Chris, as Project Manager, did a stellar job, Chase did the amazing design. Could not have asked more of this duo or those who did the installation.
