System Pavers came to present a fire pit installation. The rep was very nice and showed us all the colors of stones and we decided to hire them to do our pit. They were prompt and cleaned up after each day of cutting the stones. However, we had to hire a plumber on our own to install the gas line and then again to hook it all up. System Pavers left lava rock but only after we asked. We were going to have to go find and buy that as well. They really don't do a "complete" fire pit.

The sales team worked with us to lay out exactly what we wanted & when challenges inevitably popped up, the onsite leadership went above and beyond to make sure the project exceeded our expectations and remained on budget. I was especially grateful for the follow up after the project to insure everything was just the way we wanted.

I was amazed at the efficiency of the crew. They completed my project within only 2 days. However, during the installation phase, this same crew left my property in dismal condition. Debris was dumped in my garden, cement flashing was left in my front yard, and there was cement dust all over the place. No one contacted me until one week after the installation.
