The System Pavers personnel were very cordial. They gave a good estimate. We were able to discuss all the things we wanted. We had a change we wanted to make part of the way through, and we had a good discussion on that. They knew what they were doing, and they did an outstanding job.

I would not recommend using System Pavers. System Pavers hired a third party contractor to do our patio installation for what I believe to be about one quarter of the price which I paid System Pavers. Overall, actual System Pavers employees put in a very minimal amount of effort into the job. I also had to take time off from work and supervise the third party contractor myself on the morning of the first day of the job because they arrived with almost no information about what I wanted in the design of the patio. The construction of the patio also did not match my expectations and there was significant cement chip debris left in my yard at the completion of the job.
We enjoyed working with System Pavers! Everyone from the salesman to the craftsmen were terrific and we think it's a high quality company and we are satisfied with the job they did for us!
They were excellent, on-time, the price was fair, and the crew, I can not recommend a better crew. They were dependable, clean, on time, and communicated with me the whole time, making sure I was satisfied with the work. I am very, very satisfied.

Our backyard patio has a total new look to it with the BBQ Island that we had System Pavers do. I was unfortunate to have Brian Kochheiser as my project manager. He was never available and continuously added charges for work that should have been included with the project. The only knowledgeable person was Adam Massman who ended up illuminating the additional fees Brian was charging. If not for Adam, I would have reported the business to the Better Business Bureau.
Being referred to System Pavers, we knew that they performed high quality work. The quality of their workmanship and materials is impeccable. My wife and I absolutely love our new patio. It is even better than we imagined!
System Pavers finished product was of acceptable quality and looks very nice. We've had numerous compliments from our neighbors and it really cleaned up the front our our house and added a lot of curb appeal.One area of improvement would be the coordination between their sub-scontract workers. I felt that I had to really be involved as their was a great deal questions and clarification that was needed.

We were very skeptical about hiring because of the economy and people in general. We went with System Pavers because they seemed honest and caring. They were very professional and we are glad we chose them.
The bottom line is if there was a five star system they would get five stars plus. They were very good and did what they promised they would do and more. We need your feedback in order to conduct a thorough review of System Pavers's application.
Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
