When we decided to redo our driveway and pool deck, we thought of a lot of different choices, but after doing some research online and asking a few neighbors we knew that systems pavers was the best choice for the project. The sales representative came by the house and explained everything very clearly to us on the project from start to finish. He even may a suggestion about the color scheme of the pavers to choose. We have a slate multicolor roof on the house and Matt the sale representative helped us match the pavers to the roof color almost perfectly. This made the driveway and pool deck look like a very custom job. We are very happy and pleased with the outcome of the finished product and would highly recommend the interlocking pavers to anyone that is interested in improving the look of their property.

Overall, it was a good experience. I wish I would of have seen the color before hand. It looks a little too yellow for me right now. I wish that I would of picked a lighter tone. Other then that, the experience was very good. The guys were very efficient. They did what they were supposed to do.

We had a complicated installation, as our existing driveway was a drainge field for the entire back yard. SP's came in, worked out all of the drainage issues, and installed our drives on budget and ahead of schedule. We're very happy with their work, and would recommend them to our friends.
The salesman was a rat. The workers were good. The first job was done well but with some correction to be made. The second job, where they redid the work because there was too many grey stones, they did a great job. Both jobs were done in one day. I was very displeased with the salesman.

We need your feedback in order to conduct a thorough review of System Pavers's application.
Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
