We always have so many questions which need to be answered. The application of the roofing system was performed well. The attention to detail on the "cutting in" (into the brick) of the flashing and subsequent caulking was well done. The double wrapping (with Tyvek) on the chimney box rebuild was not expected.
Additional Comments: Sun Home Improvement and Jim Voepel are worth noting for their straight forward and honest approach to conducting business. The work is very will done and Jim cares about his product. Price is always a major concern and Jim will offer the best price the first time with no need to haggle or stop back. When time is an issue for everyone, this is greatly appreciated.
