Please give them an A+ rating. Give them an A+ rating for everything.
Barry was great. He was totally trustworthy and that was important to me. The guys that worked in my house were all individually great. They were all really great guys and I would recommend any of them to anyone.
The crew was delightful, they guys were great and I had no problem leaving my home unattended, because I trusted them so much.
I think they did a great job. Once again, I have no complaints. I don't know what they would have done any better.
I think everything was very positive. I had nothing negative. Other than the disruption of our house, but that wasn't their fault.
The people were all professional, helpful, and very responsive to any questions or needs we had.
I think it was handled in a very professional manner. It was delivered on time and on budget. No complaints.
Barry did a good job. I didn't get to know them all by name, but they all did good. I had a good experience with the whole crew. They were all polite and respectful.
I didn't have to stand over them and watch them. They came and did their job. If I went of to work they cleaned up and did what they had to do.
The job was done the way they promised.
Diane the Salesperson and the Project Manager as well. Both of them were very attentive and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.
I was very satisfied. The minor stuff at the end they followed up on right away.
The company hires craftsmen who are skilled and are conscientious about the job they're doing. Although there were a lot of different people involved, everyone showed up on time and the job went very smoothly.
All the workmen are great. They did their work on time and related well. They were serious about their work and did a high quality job.
Nothing.
I liked that every day work was being done. It was being carried out as quickly as possible. The quality of the work was very good.
The people that were assigned to do the work in the house. They were skilled, communicative, neat, friendly, and helpful.
The workmen were very respectful and nice.
Someone was always there when there was a problem and I called.
All of the staff were courteous, considerate and respectful. I can't just name one person. Our project was clearly a team effort. Everyone was professional and pleasnt to work with.
They accommodated my schedule.
They were very responsible about budget. Did a good job working within our budget.
The creativity and knowledge of Barry and Teela in designing the project and listening to our needs. We iterated several times and I always felt that they were taking our feedback into account while providing their professional opinions and suggestions. The field staff, particularly Paul, Harry, Pat and Mike are a pleasure to work with.
Keep up the good work.
I enjoyed most receiving their thoughtful and practical advice on how to achieve what I was looking to do, how to be sensible about the budget, and where to spend money.
I had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend a customer or client to The Brush's End in the future.
The overall quality exceeded my expectations.
I got something done that I'd been wanting done for 5 years.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
