Professional & Organized: The entire process was handled in a professional manner. Any changes were well documented and communicated in writing.
Communication: Constant communication was provided by phone and e-mail. The level of communication meant expectations.
Installation Crew: The installation crew led by Charlie were extremely professional and organized. The job site always was in good order.
Shingle Appearance: The shingles in combination with the siding compliment each other.
Quality Of Workmanship: Completely satisfied with the quality of work performed by Charlie and crew. Went above and beyond with the roofing team to improve drainage condition in one corner of the roof.
Clean & Safe: At the end of the day as well during the day the area was kept clean and avoided hazards.
Work Done Right: Throughout the process if there was a question Charlie or Christine would reach out to make sure the work being done was meeting expectations. The work was done correctly.
Problem Resolution: The only real problem was with the patio storm door that was damaged prior to installation but was taken care of quickly without hesitation.
