He was honest, communicative & was able to act as the general contractor for all the trades involved.
Sales Solutions: Eric really thought "out of the box" when it came to finding solutions for replacing rotted interior beams that extended to the outside. He also thought of a creative solution for an exterior hidden door that became heavier with the siding application. He presented a blueprint type plan for all the work to be done- & there was a lot of work- which was quickly adjusted & adapted when problems/surprises arose.
Follow Up: Eric responded to call or texts right away.
Construction Quality: The materials were pretty standard but the workmanship was superb. Eric went above & beyond my expectations. In addition he built stairs to my back alley where there was a 3+ foot drop as it was easier to access, he did a cap to the exterior chimney to prevent further leaking & damage, he did so many "extras", I lost count- & he charged minimally for this!- I feel it was largely done due to his perfectionism & desire to make my property safe & sturdy.
Professional & Organized: Eric was able to start this huge project before the anticipated date & finished on time, despite numerous setbacks. The crew started on time every day & left the property in safe, clean condition daily.
Value: More than competitively priced for the quality of work.
Remodeling Concerns: I had many concerns, as this was a huge project. The house was dilapidated with dry rot & termite damage. The house was taken down to the studs from the exterior. Eric & his crew replaced all the wood damage- including large interior beams, placed insulation & steel sheeting all around the foundation. My biggest concern was hidden damage or that unseen issues might be insurmountable. When these things did surface, Eric presented a solution(s), we made a decision & proceeded.
Areas Of Satisfaction: The detailed workmanship, just excellent. Communication also excellent.

Without the help of Eric Cashion to determine how best to accomplish waterproofing and flashing we would have been faced with removing the existing siding (added expense to the project which we did not want our Client to incur).
Current Referrals: Whenever we are asked about siding I now recommend Siding Solutions for all applications.
Recognized Excellence: Eric Cashion, the Owner of Siding Solutions, personally worked on our project for approximately 50% of the work and when he was not installing siding he provided more than ample supervision of his employees.
Additional Comments: Again, siding and the proper application of it is not fully understood by most carpentry contractors. To install materials correctly and ensure that the waterproofing and flashing around windows, doors, and other penetrations meet code and manufacturer's requirements is critical to delivering a well built home. Siding Solutions has exceptional expertise to do just that!
