Sales Solutions: Gave us multiple alternatives at different price points with a very good explanation of the pros and cons of each.
Follow Up: The job is still ongoing, but I anticipate giving this five stars given their performance so far.
Communication: Exception communication. They let me know what they expected to accomplish on a daily basis. We really appreciated the way. They broke bad news to us gently.
Project Manager Professionalism: We appreciated their experience and knowledge.
Professional & Organized: We were impressed with how 7 jobs were being accomplished at the same time: window replacement, removal of EIFS and repair of rotted material & replacement with siding, demo of old deck and building new deck, application of scratch coat, painting, and installation of new gutters. The project managers really worked well together to make sure that they weren’t on top of one another. At one point I think we had 20 people out here working on the job and everyone working efficiently with no standing around waiting for someone to get out of the way.
Clean & Safe: At the end of each day, materials were stacked, neatly, and equipment moved around to the rear of the house so the neighbors didn’t have to look at a construction site for all hours of the day.
Recognized Excellence: Brent and his entire window crew, Anthony and Witt - siding, Richard - deck, Jimmy & Brandon - gutters,, Jimmy Russel for allocating the necessary labor resources to get the job done as it expanded from just installing new windows to removal of the EIFS and adding all new siding and yet again to adding in replacing the deck.

I didn't catch the name of the female interior painter, but everything she touched with a brush looked like it had been airbrushed or sprayed--never seen such a smooth paint job.

It was a stressful decision for us considering how much this was going to cost, but since we plan on aging in place, we feel assured that the exterior of our house will be the last thing we'll ever have to worry about
Additional Comments: Adding the crown molding to the rear windows was the best decision ever! The back of the house always looked so plain, and now it has a more finished look to it. Also, it was absolutely the right call to have the downspouts painted to match the body of the house. Looks so much better than trying to settle for a color that we would have been distracting to us

Project Manager Professionalism: Richard (Sr & Jr) kept me informed, answered questions about the materials & installation process, made sure the site was clean each night , and that we were satisfied with their work. Jimmy ('lil) finished with beautiful, seamless gutters, one almost 80' long, installed our lights and camera and made sure we were satisfied with the completed job.
Clean & Safe: Every morning the team laid out tarps on the driveway to prevent dust and mess, they ran magnetic pick-up tools throughout the day to make sure we didn't have any nails on the ground, swept and blew away dust, and cleared all their tools and materials from the driveway so we still had access to our garage every night.
Quality: Workmanship/Materials/Crew: The craftsmanship of the team is really proven in the details of their work. All the joints are clean, tight, and meticulously caulked (every joint, every nail). They hand painted the entire house, no overspray, no missed spots, our home looks better than new. Knowing we have James Hardy siding, installed to this level of professionalism and craftsmanship makes us feel very comfortable with our investment.

Recognized Excellence: Richard, the elder and the younger - they really spent a lot of time answering my product questions, telling me about my homes condition and build as they disassembled the exterior and what to expect as the job progressed. I wish I knew his name, but the man that was here at 07:00 every day calking every nail and joint on the house. Jimmy - the gutters look so good. I never appreciated gutters like I do now.
Additional Comments: We have a single story, mostly brick, ranch style home. Built in the '80's. This was a huge investment for us. The work Sideco performed represents a significant investment for us in both cash and trust, we hope to outlive their warranty. Sideco delivered everything they promised. I know this was a small job for this team, just look at their web page, but they treated our home like it was their most important project. Thank you.

Areas Of Satisfaction: I was most satisfied in that I liked the people that were working, the project manager was extremely smart and easy to talk to. The owner Jimmy Wilson was extremely nice and kind. We had some things done that weren't typical, but the installers were extremely skilled.
Recognized Excellence: I would like to recognize Don Ward. He was nice and helpful and went way beyond what was required. They matched our roof style to a style that was unusual. We got everything redone. All of our wood siding, soffits, etc. I don't worry about spending a lot of money in the future in my retirement.
Additional Comments: I didn't get another estimate because I was so impressed with the product and showroom that I didn't get another estimate. It's not easy to find a contractor and it took 20 years to find someone that my husband and I agreed on. These guys are artisans. I'd rather go with someone I could trust and pay extra.

Recognized Excellence: Yes-Anthony- the project foreman was great. He is extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful in getting everything to come together.
Additional Comments: I want to compliment the entire crew. They were the best and nicest crew the I ve ever had providing services. They were friendly, helpful ( even offering to help me carry in groceries) and so efficient. They arrived early and worked hard all day. Also enjoyed my contact with Jimmy. It s a great company that provides services as they should be. Thank you for everything.

His excellent installation team made it happen, and then some. Nothing was left half done. It is obvious they take pride in everything they do.

Found that he has been in business for 30 plus years. Made an appoint to consult with James. He agreed to come to my home in Searcy Ar and personally evaluate my repair project. I agreed with his evaluation. Replacing two Sliding Glass Doors was required. I returned to his place of business and selected the style of doors I preferred.His professional team did a great job in a timely and efficient manner. Love the new doors

Areas Of Satisfaction: They did a fantastic job all around. They went above and beyond on our project. Each one of them took pride in their work and were very professional and nice.
Recognized Excellence: The painter, Efron, was wonderful. Efron's wife was unbelievable and was excellent at everything she did. Jimmy, the electrician, was great and his attitude was so nice. Thomas, the window cleaner was the sweetest man. Anthony was the project coordinator, he and Brant went overboard and were so respectful. Carlos went above and beyond as well because I am very picky. Overall, everyone for the company worked hard.
