We had several companies come to bid on the siding project for our home. Although Side Pro was not the least expensive quote we received, the professionalism and expertise that Calvin Osborn displayed as he presented various options to us gave us confidence that they would not only perform the work to the standards we are looking for, but that they would stand behind the quality and craftsmanship afterwards.
Areas For Improvement: Side Pro never fell short of our expectations. In fact, they exceeded our expectations in almost every area. The level of customer service that we received from them was unparalleled. Calvin had mentioned early on that they want to ensure we are happy with the end product, and they truly meant it. On multiple occasions Calvin went to great lengths with Ronda and the siding crew to ensure that even small requests from us were heard and acted on.
Areas Of Satisfaction: The customer service we received from Side Pro was unparalleled. Calvin, Ronda, and the work crew worked tirelessly to ensure that our requests were met and expectations exceeded. We have worked with multiple contractors in the past, and Side Pro certainly stands out among them. The work crew always showed up on time and would be onsite working 9-10 hours a day to ensure they met our deadlines. I cannot recommend Side Pro enough. I only wish I had more projects for them to take on!
Current Referrals: Yes - I have passed Side Pro's information on to a friend of mine who is residing his home in Kirkland.
Recognized Excellence: Calvin Osborn went above and beyond on every count. From addressing change requests to helping to quickly resolve unexpected permitting issues that arose, he exceeded our every expectation. Our situation was very unique and somewhat complicated given the time frame we needed to have the work completed in and the manner we needed to have the bill of work broken out for payment, but Calvin never hesitated to take on the task and ensure we received what we needed. As a result, we plan to use Side Pro for any and all projects we can moving forward.

There were a couple of issues during the job that weren't expected (windows being attached to the window wrap, wrong window delivered, man door not locking after paint) but Side Pro was up front and helpful at every step. The house looks amazing, and we are VERY happy with the finished product, but it was the people at Side Pro that made the experience so enjoyable. The salesman did a good job of listening to our specific needs (siding, stainless nails, windows, and laundry -room dryer venting), suggesting alternatives, which resulted in the finish we wanted. The onsite crew was hispanic and as needed, listened to my concerns and either accepted my requests or suggested satisfactory alternatives.
Recognized Excellence: 1) Duane Tidball, the field manager, who in two instances of minor problems that I would let go, he decided that the fix was not up to his standard. So, three broken asphalt shingles were replaced with new shingle material.
