We could not possibly be more pleased with our bathroom. Our little 5x8 now looks magnificent.
Eric and Chris make an outstanding team. Chris' attention to detail and work ethic, along with his obvious desire to meet and exceed customer expectations, made it a pleasure to have him in our house.
This was a first class project from design to complete construction. Eric Olsen worked with my wife's requirements and his construction team of Chris Johnson and Rick Broomell was meticulous at their work and pleasant to deal with.
Everyone did an excellent job pulling the project together and doing the labor. Planning went smoothly with many options to consider. It took time but we are pleased with the outcome. I can't say enough about the work. The guys were total professionals in every way. I just marveled at the skills exhibited. They didn't mind me looking over their shoulders and asking questions. We paid for good workmanship and got it.
Both Eric and Chris made this renovation process as seamless as possible. I'm living 300 miles away from my newly renovated retirement home so Eric and Chris communicated in a way that made me think that I was there for every part of thr process. I was thrilled each time I was able to make a trip to see the project. Eric and Chris are superb craftsmen and people of integrity.
They were wonderful to work with, the bathroom looks great. They gave us some really good ideas.

We envisioned a disaster doing all the bathrooms at on time, but somehow Chris was able to make it happen quickly with as little disruption to our lives as possible.

The workers were so neat, mannerly and quiet. You would never know they were working. Chris Johnson and Eric Olson are as asset to your Company.
They have a very nice show room with some sample products. They try to please and consider various way to accomplish the task at hand.
Myra was exceptional at contacting us and updating us before, during, and after our remodeling project. Both Chris and Brian were friendly and knowlegeable about their workmanship.
Eric, Myra and Chris were the main people with whom we worked. They were professional and patient. The pride they had in their work was evident through each phase of our renovations. Each tried to ensure we were ordering and getting the three bathrooms we needed/wanted, even when we were not always sure.
All the personnel that we dealt with gave us exceptional service. These included Eric and Myra in the office concerning design and material selection and Chris and Brian in our home with home modifications.
I know a lot of people whose construction experiences were nightmares. Mine was a breath of fresh air. Every little thing was taken care of.
The only renovation we have ever had done that was seamless-on schedule and within budget. Excellent craftmanship and professionalism. Highly recommend!!!!
