Seabrook was good at meeting and following through with our wants and needs. If something did not go quite right, they fixed it. We ended up with a very good quality home.

Daydream Cottage on Lily Lane is my biggest creative project ever. Throughout the design and building process, Seabrook Construction Company team members helped my vision take shape. We amended the Beach Daisy floor plan to build a home with stunning forest panoramas to bring the outdoors in, with special areas to write and do projects. We completely maximized the advantages of the south-facing lot with the full front deck. The Seabrook team found solutions for the wood-burning stove’s smallest possible footprint. I had access to surfaces, carpets and paint colors that fully engaged my aesthetic for the interior and exterior without onerous upgrade costs. Both my husband and I have been impressed by professionalism of the entire Seabrook crew. We were especially impressed with the construction crew. Our home was built on time and on budget. The construction of our home was solid. The entire Seabrook crew has been very responsive to all of the question and concerns we have had.
We have been delighted with our Seabrook cottage. It was really well designed, construction is of high quality, and they put a lot of attention into the details. The people of Seabrook Construction Company have been a pleasure to work with, very responsive, friendly, courteous, and respectful. We've had a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
