Saussy Burbank has been good to work with. They build a very good looking house. The only complaint we would have is that they cut some corners...those being no lights in the bedrooms, wood porches instead of concrete or brick, an wired shelves in the closets and pantry.

I do feel like Saussy Burbank has a good methodology that takes the home builder through the process of building a new home cleanly from start to finish. I thought they tried very hard to make me a happy customer and were overall successful due to their quality of workmanship and quality of people on the job.

We love the thoughtfulness put into the design of our home, and that you are putting old-fashioned style into a new home. Michele Upchurch is really fantastic. She is knowledgable, very helpful, very nice and easy to talk to, and not at all like a typical real estate agent (which is a very good thing). Michele is easy going, with a good sense of humor, and seems to really enjoy her job. She knew the homes well, and could answer any question we had. I can't say enough good things about her. I would recommend working with her, to everyone.
Ken Matthews was very supportive and worked hard to make our sale happen. He also takes pride in the work done by Saussy Burbank and wanted to make certain that all our needs were met. I could not have asked for a nicer experience.
Overall the entire process was very satisfying. From working with the salesperson, Susan, to closing. There is not one particular area that was better than others. Overall, I was the most satisfied working with Saussy Burbank than I have ever been buying a home.
Ellen was amazing. She had an answer for any question we had. We were able to close within 3 weeks (from first seeing it).

Working with Saussy Burbank was so easy. With it being our third house we've built, we know all of the things you can run into. We didn't run into any problems. It was seamless. The selection process was very easy. They had tasteful options. All of the sales people we worked with, down to Jason, were very welcoming to the neighborhood. We love the detail work and it made it that much better. We love our house and neighborhood.
Everything was pretty seamless. There were a few choices on everything. They kept it very simple. It all happened on time. Ken (the realtor) was great and Peg at the sales center was great. It was just really easy. Building this house was the easiet part of our move. This is the 3rd house we've built and by far the easiest one.

My McNeill Burbank home is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. I'm in a townhouse, and I'm awfully glad McNeill Burbank offers town homes for single people. I'm in a neighborhood of McNeill Burbank homes, and they're just lovely. Beyond all of that, one of the reasons why I was so drawn to this home in this neighborhood is because it's all geared toward being more green and efficient, and that's exactly what I was looking for. I'm tickled pink.
Angelica, the person who works in the warranty department, is outstanding. She was very good to help me along the way. Jason, the repair guy that comes in and does a punchlist right before the warranty runs out, is also ouststanding.

The experience working with Saussy Burbank was positive. They were flexible to our needs as we were in the process of selling our previous home and we were able to set the contract terms to that transition. All the builder's representatives were friendly and prompt in attention to our questions from our first visit through the pre-closing walk-through. The details of our home make it unique and quite different from other builders we had interviewed in our search. The workmanship is solid and those who have visited us here frequently mention something related to how well it appears to be built. The builder's attorney executed the closing with ease and a little humor. We were represented by our own buyer's agent who commented that she was impressed by how well the closing process went.
Easy to work with, allowed us plenty of access to look at our house prior to closing. The details to the interior and exterior create interest and a sense of added value, the house did not appear to be as much of a box as we saw with other builders. All the representatives were very friendly.
Very professional, helpful staff who seemed genuinely interested in making us happy in our new home, not just making a sale. Everyone we dealt with was full of energy and eagerness to make our home GREAT.

The color, granite, cabinet, flooring etc. choices were so tasteful that it made the process simple and easy. The sales associates were always available and so welcoming that it really makes us feel like we are coming home!
