Clean & Safe: They took extraordinary precautions to ensure the job site did not impact the rest of our house. It was easy to live in the house while work was going on. They also ensured the final cleaning was done after the job. Other than a wonderful master bath completion, you would never know any work had been done
SandStar's Strenghts: Prior to the job I would have stated it was Abbey's technical expertise and product knowledge however this was matched by the craftsmanship demonstrated by all trades and Luis' project management skills

Sandstar did their best to take the pain out of the project. Best example: they moved our washer and dryer into the garage in order to remove floor tiles. Then they offered to put them back so we could use them while the job went forward. And when they were ready to install the new tile, they removed the appliances again. We only had to use the coin laundromat downtown twice during the 10 week project. That's thinking about the customer's needs.
Recognized Excellence: Abbey Roloff was wonderful to work with--so wonderful that we felt a little abandoned when she was no longer the point person on the job.Luis Morales couldn't possibly be more accommodating and helpful.

Overall Experience: This is by far the most professional company that we have ever dealt with for any home remodel/repair. They ALL strive for an exceptional customer experience and will not let anything go until the customer is 110% happy.
Field Personnel: They were accessible well beyond any normal business hours and worked diligently to answer any inquiry promptly.
Why Sandstar?: The way we were treated from the first point of contact and throughout. When comparing other companies, there was no other company that gave us complete confidence that they would do what they said.
Recognized Excellence: YES!!! From the start, Abbey was warm, confident, knowledgeable, and instilled extreme confidence in every dealing we had with her. It is evident that she loves what she does and will not settle for the customer not having an absolutely perfect experience. Next, Luis....WOW what can we say about Luis beside the fact that he is definitely your strongest asset. We believe that he "lives" the values that SandStar represents and will not settle for less than perfection. Al, never said no. He could fix anything and did not settle for less than perfect. Tina, was always gracious, warm and extremely professional in all of our dealings with her.
